Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data the website fullbody-tracker.ru and the mobile app “FullBody” (a workout tracker, the “App”) process and how that data is protected. By using the App you agree to the processing of your data as described here.

1. Data controller

The controller is the developer of the App (Ilya Kotov). For any question about your data, contact reuvenations@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: your email address and name — only if you create an account.
• Workout data: exercises, sets, weight, reps and dates — whatever you enter yourself.
• Body metrics (optional): body weight, body-fat percentage and body measurements — only if you enter them.
• Anonymous site statistics: the web version uses the Yandex.Metrica counter (see section 5). It is not used inside the mobile app.

We do not collect your location or contacts, we do not track you across other apps and we do not show ads. The App does not use third-party sign-in services (Google, Apple, etc.). You can use the App without an account — in that case your data stays on your device only.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used solely to run the App: creating and maintaining your account, saving workouts and measurements, showing your progress, syncing between devices, and sending service emails (password reset and, where needed, address confirmation). The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you create an account and use the App. We do not sell your data, do not share it with third parties for marketing and do not use it for mailings.

4. Where and how data is stored

Data is stored in a protected cloud database (the Supabase platform) with “own data only” row-level security: every user can see only their own records. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes — we cannot read them. Data is transmitted only over secure connections (HTTPS). Your data may be processed on servers outside your country of residence.

In addition to the cloud, a copy of your workouts is cached locally on your device (for fast loading and offline viewing) and is removed when you sign out or clear the app or browser data.

5. Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication and storage of account, workout and measurement data.
• Resend — sending service emails (password reset and, where needed, address confirmation) from noreply@fullbody-tracker.ru; only your email address is passed to it.
• Yandex.Metrica — anonymous visit statistics for the web version (pages, traffic sources, device type); it uses cookies; no account data is passed to it. It does not run in the mobile app.

6. Retention

Data is kept while your account exists. After you delete your account, all related data is deleted permanently.

7. Your rights and account deletion

At any time you can request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your data and account, and withdraw your consent to processing.

• Delete your account inside the app: Profile → “Delete account”. Workouts, records and measurements are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
• Or by request: email reuvenations@gmail.com — we will delete all data related to you within 10 business days.

8. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of the page; the current version is always available at fullbody-tracker.ru/privacy-en.html.
